Candidate Privacy Notice
Effective Date: June 6, 2025
This policy applies to applicants who use our website to apply for available positions. It covers all data collected in connection to our recruitment process, your employment application, and onboarding. This notice does not apply to non-personal data, such as data that has been aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized.
This Notice is intended to comply with relevant data protection laws, including but not limited to:
- The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA), together referred to as the “California Privacy Laws,” which grant enhanced rights to California residents;
- The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), which governs data protection for individuals in the European Economic Area (EEA);
- The United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018, which apply to candidates in the United Kingdom;
- The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), which governs the processing of personal information of Canadian residents.
- The Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), which governs data protection for individuals in Singapore.
- The Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) of the People’s Republic of China, which governs personal data protection in China.

1. Introduction
This Candidate Privacy Notice (“Notice”) describes how Analytic Partners LP (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, processes, shares, and protects personal information about individuals who apply for employment or engagement with us (“you” or “candidates”). We are the data controller when you browse our site. This means we are responsible for and determine how your personal data is used.
2. Minors
Our application and site are not designed nor intended to be used by individuals under the legal working age (“Minors”) according to applicable law. Minors must have verified parental or legal guardian consent, as required by applicable law such as Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) or GDPR to use our site as per the applicable law in your area.
3. Categories of Personal Information Collected

4. Sensitive Personal Information
In limited circumstances, and only to the extent permitted under applicable laws and by consent, we may collect and process sensitive personal information, such as:
- Racial or ethnic origin
- Disability or health information
- Veteran status
- Criminal background (where permitted)
Such processing occurs only where necessary for legal compliance, diversity initiatives, or to provide accommodations, based on your explicit consent or other lawful basis. In California, we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those expressly permitted by CPRA. We do not use it to infer characteristics about you, nor do we process it for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
To the extent we collect sensitive personal information, you may have the right to limit its use to only what is necessary for providing requested services.
5. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
We process your personal information for the following legitimate purposes:
- To evaluate your eligibility and suitability for employment
- To communicate with you throughout the recruitment process
- To verify the information provided and conduct reference checks
- To assess qualifications, skills, and experience
- To facilitate interview scheduling and logistics
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations
- To ensure workplace security and integrity
- To administer pre-employment assessments or screening
- To plan onboarding activities for successful candidates
- To improve our recruitment practices through aggregated analytics, non-identifiable analytics.
Where required by law, we rely on a legal basis for processing, including performance of pre-contractual measures, legitimate business interests, legal obligations, and consent.
6. Disclosure of Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:
- Employees, contractors, subsidiaries, affiliates and consultants involved in the recruitment process
- Service providers assisting with recruitment activities (e.g., background check agencies, applicant tracking systems, third-party recruiters, Metaview for interview transcription). A list of third-party processors is available upon request.
- Legal and regulatory authorities, where disclosure is required by applicable law
- Professional advisors, such as auditors and legal counsel
- Entities involved in corporate transactions (e.g., mergers, acquisitions)
We require all recipients to handle personal information securely and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
We do not sell your personal information.
California residents have the right to know whether their personal information has been sold or shared. Analytic Partners does not sell personal information to third parties for monetary value. We also do not share personal information for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising. If this practice changes, you will be notified and provided a clear opportunity to opt out in accordance with California Privacy Laws.
7. Do Not Track (“DNT”)
We currently do not respond to DNT or similar requests/signals. Some third-party websites may keep track of your browsing activities. You can adjust your browser settings to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.
California residents may exercise their right to opt out using the mechanisms described in the ‘Your Rights’ section, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
8. International Data Transfers
If your personal information is transferred outside your home jurisdiction, including to the United States, Singapore, or China, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, consistent with applicable data protection laws such as GDPR, PDPA, and PIPL.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Notice, or as required by applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Retention is determined by:
- Our ongoing relationship with you,
- Legal obligations,
- Statute of limitations or potential legal actions.
Unsuccessful candidate data may be retained for future employment consideration, unless you request otherwise.
10. Your Rights
To exercise your rights, please contact legal@analyticpartners.com. You may also update or correct your information yourself if you have an account with us.
Subject to applicable laws, you may have the following rights:
- The right to access your personal information
- The right to rectification or correction of inaccurate information
- The right to erasure or delete your information (“right to be forgotten”)
- The right to restrict or object to certain processing
- The right to data portability
- The right to withdraw consent at any time
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your data rights.
Applicants in Canada:
We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including PIPEDA. By submitting your application, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy for employment and any related purposes such as reference or background checks, where applicable.
We may store or process your information outside of Canada, including in the United States, where privacy laws may differ. In such cases, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information.
EEA/UK residents have the right to file a complaint with their data protection authority. To exercise your rights, contact EU/EEA Member State data protection authority or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Applicants in Singapore:
Applicants in Singapore have rights under the PDPA, including access, correction, and withdrawal of consent rights.
Applicants in China:
Applicants in China have rights under the PIPL, including the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict processing of personal information. To exercise your rights, please contact us at legal@analyticpartners.com.
California Residents – Additional Rights under CCPA/CPRA:
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA and CPRA:
- The right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you;
- The right to delete your personal information (subject to legal exceptions);
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information;
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information;
- The right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (where applicable);
- The right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights under California law.

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. This may involve matching the information you provide with the personal data we already hold, in accordance with applicable law. If we cannot verify your identity, we may not be able to fulfill your request in whole or in part.
11. Use of Automated Tools
We may use automated tools for scheduling or transcription, but do not make hiring decisions based solely on automated processing. All decisions include human review, as required by GDPR.
12. Changes to This Notice
We may update this Notice periodically. Updates will be posted on our careers page and will notify you directly if required by law. We encourage you to review this Notice regularly. The effective date at the top will be updated accordingly.
