We are thrilled to announce that Kroger, the largest supermarket retailer in the United States, has officially been named the winner of the 2021 ANA Genius Awards for Adoption! The Adoption category “recognizes outstanding achievement in the organizational adoption of data and analytics to boost business outcomes”. Kroger has been recognized for transforming its organizational approach to understanding marketing performance and analytics through a holistic Commercial Mix Analytics solution provided by our team here at Analytic Partners.
In the midst of a chaotic landscape, we worked together with Kroger as the company set out to advance beyond analytics with limited cross-functional collaboration and “marketing-only” tools that made it difficult to reach consensus and communicate impact.
To address these challenges, build organizational trust, and drive analytic adoption, we developed a program for Kroger built on our Commercial Mix Analytics framework. CMA allows for a holistic view of the business through multiple lenses, and in the case of Kroger included Live Modeling for ongoing and near real-time measurement.
Access to real-time, right-time insights made it possible for Kroger to adapt with greater agility and certainty. By transitioning to a holistic Commercial Mix Modeling solution, Kroger was able to quickly surface results that were trusted across the organization to drive adoption and collaboration during a difficult year.
