Nancy Smith

President and CEO

Nancy Smith is Founder and President of Analytic Partners. She began her career as a brand marketer. In the early 2000s she identified a huge and untapped need for better data and better analysis to drive enterprise growth, inspiring the launch of Analytic Partners. Since then, she has built the company into the global leader in analytics and optimization, with offices all over the world, attracting Onex Corporation as an investor to drive further growth in early 2022. Along the way, she has been repeatedly recognized for her success, support of women’s and diversity initiatives, and entrepreneurship including securing certification from the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and being named a finalist in the Ernst & Young LLP Entrepreneur of the Year 2020 Florida Award.  A marketer to her core, Nancy is passionate about the use of data to transform enterprise’s marketing strategies to make them more effective, more customer-centric, and more cost-effective.

Jeff Driskill

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Jeff Driskill collaborates to identify strategic growth opportunities and oversees budget management, cost-benefit analysis, and forecasting. With more than 20 years of experience in global finance, Jeff has facilitated acquisitions with Serious Eats and Tapad, elevated the New York Mercantile Exchange to a global company, and has driven millions in equity & debt financing. As a founding team member of Tapad, Driskill was central to its $360 million acquisition by Telenor in 2016.

  • Maggie Merklin has been an invaluable resource within Analytic Partners for 20 years. Maggie leads our customer-facing teams, and partners with our Product and Business Development teams to drive AP’s growth and development. Maggie plays a key role in bringing new solutions and innovations to address evolving data, and both marketplace, and business challenges.

Hong Jin

Chief Science Officer
  • Hong Jin, MIT Ph.D, has been with AP for over 13 years, and leads our global R&D initiatives including Advanced Analytics, Methodology, Software Development, data science, AI, Augmented Analytics, and other innovations. Hong has more than 20 years of experience in marketing analytics including optimization solution design and deployment. He has worked in both corporate and consulting environments across multiple industries.

Omar Dennis

Chief Strategy Officer

Omar Dennis has been with Analytic Partners for over 20 years. Prior to AP, Omar was a co-founder of DBexchange, a SaaS marketing database start-up. Omar has a J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he focused on Corporate Finance, Tax, and Intellectual Property.

Fleur Sohtz

Chief Marketing Officer

As CMO, Fleur oversees AP’s marketing and communications. playing an integral role in brand and commercial strategy to support rapid growth. Sohtz brings 20 years’ experience leading integrated marketing efforts at global companies including Collibra, Markit (now part of S&P) and Thomson Reuters. Prior to joining AP, Fleur held senior  roles at Team8, an Israeli-based global venture group, as well as its portfolio companies.

Luis Vacanti

General Counsel

As General Counsel, Luis Vacanti leads Analytic Partners’ legal operations and is an advisor to the executive team on all matters related to the business, including with respect to data, IP and cross-border matters. Luis has more than 15 years of wide-ranging in-house experience, most recently at global technology services provider Wizeline, where he was Deputy General Counsel. He previously held a number of roles at WarnerMedia and Claro Video and started his career at global law firm White & Case in its corporate finance practice.
